This property was on the market for an excruciating 6 months before the client reached out to us. As soon as it was staged and the photos were updated, the viewings sky rocketed and the property went into a bidding war. The sale was agreed at £102,000 just 2 weeks after relisting, a huge 13.3% above the original asking price . The staging cost just £900 (1% of original asking price) and proved to be a huge return on investment.

Our client reached out to us with great urgency when they found out their ordered furniture delivery was delayed and their VIP guests were due to visit. In a matter of days we quickly were able to style and install two differently themed boardrooms to ensure their guests a satisfying visit.
