We are thrilled to highlight the impact of our staging efforts at a stunning luxury 2-bedroom sea-view apartment in the prestigious Whiterock Bay, Killinchy. Initially valued at £220,000, the property underwent a transformative staging process by our skilled team. Following this, a new valuation by John Minnis Estate Agents resulted in an impressive increase to £280,000, demonstrating how strategic staging can significantly enhance a property's value (£60,000 in this case). The apartment subsequently received a full-asking-price and in cash offer and was sale agreed with the first viewers.
