Professional Property Staging Agreement

Bespoke Staging LTD provides luxury home staging and interior presentation services designed to elevate properties for sale, marketing, and premium client presentation.
1. The Contract

This agreement is made between Bespoke Staging LTD (“the Company”) and the Client.

A legally binding contract is formed when the Client accepts a quotation, confirms a booking, signs electronically, or pays the booking deposit.
2. Cancellation Rights
-
Consumers booking remotely have the legal right to cancel within 14 days.
-
By booking an installation date within this period, the Client expressly requests work to begin immediately.

Cancellation after work has commenced may result in charges for services completed and resources allocated.
3. Payment Terms
-
A 50% booking deposit is required to secure inventory and installation dates.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to installation.

Late or unpaid balances may result in postponement or cancellation of services.
4. Staging Period & Extensions
-
The standard staging period includes an initial six-week hire term.

Extensions are charged in four-week increments at current rates.

A minimum of seven days’ notice is required for extensions or de-staging requests.
5. Access & Property Preparation
-
The Client authorises access for survey, delivery, installation, maintenance, and collection.

The property must be clean, dry, safe, and free from ongoing building works at installation time.

Failed access or unsuitable conditions may incur additional fees.
6. Ownership, Care & Insurance
-
All staged items remain the exclusive property of Bespoke Staging LTD.

Items are for display purposes only and must not be misused.

The Client is responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond fair wear and tear.
7. Photography & Marketing
-
The Company may photograph staged properties for portfolio, website, and social media use.

Reasonable care will be taken to avoid displaying sensitive personal information.
8. Liability
-
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Force Majeure
-
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
10. Data Protection
-
Client information will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
-
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Wedding & Event Hire Services Terms & Conditions

Introduction
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our wedding and event decor hire services. By accessing this service, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our services.
Definitions
Company: Refers to Bespoke Staging, located in Bangor, Northern Ireland.
Client: Refers to the individual or entity hiring the services of the Company.
Services: Refers to the decor hire services provided by the Company, including but not limited to venue styling, accessory hire, and other related services.
Booking and Payment
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total hire cost is required to secure a booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event date.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed upon by the Company and the Client.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may incur additional charges.
Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel services in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Service Provision
Scope of Services: The Company will provide services as outlined in the invoice. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges.
Delivery and Setup: The Company will deliver and set up the decor on the event date at the agreed location. The Client must ensure access to the venue at the agreed times.
Liability: The Company holds public liability insurance. However, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of its services.
Client Responsibilities
Venue Access: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible for delivery and setup.
Damages: The Client is responsible for any damage to the hired items during the event and will be charged for repairs or replacements.
Miscellaneous
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
